Vendor Setup: Begins at 5:00 PM
📍 Location: Blushstone Events
8128 Beechmont Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45255
Vendor Cleanup: Event ends at 8:00 PM — all vendors must be out of the space by 8:45 PM
Vendor Spot Cost: $25 (non-refundable)

Please Note:
Vendor spots are limited. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the Baker Expo, you will not be permitted to participate in future Blushstone Events markets.

Booth Setup & Details:

  • Tables Provided: Blushstone Events will supply all tables — a mix of round and rectangular

  • Outside Tables:Not permitted

  • Decor & Display: Feel free to decorate your booth to match your brand

What Should Bakers Bring:

  • Any items you'd like to showcase or sell

  • Free samples for guests to try (optional but encouraged!)

  • Pre-sold order pickups

  • Business cards, signage, or flyers to promote your business

Marketing & Promotion

  • Blushstone Events will begin promoting the event on our website and social media in early November

  • We encourage YOU to share the event on your pages, with your followers, and through word of mouth

  • A promotional graphic will be sent via email— feel free to post it and tag us
